I open it. Craig has sent me an abstract of a study computer imaging from the Journal of the American Medical Association. The title of the study is long -- "Low-Fat Dietary Pattern and Risk of computer imaging Cardiovascular Disease: The Women's Health Initiative Randomized Controlled Dietary Modification Trial" -- and the list of authors is longer. There must be at least 20 names, most of them medical doctors, along with Ph.D.s, Dr.PH.s, and probably a few others my eyes were too lazy to pick out. I decide not to read it right away; instead, I computer imaging answer a couple emails from readers of The New Rules of Lifting, read some sports stories, check out some online magazines and blogs, and then wander over to the Washington Post website, where I find this: Low-fat diets do not protect women against heart attacks, strokes, breast cancer or colon cancer, a major study has found, contradicting what had once been promoted as one of the cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle.
