I work out to my fullest reconsyruction strength on all workouts week after week, eat all the fruits, veggies, LF, FF, foods you can find. No processed foods, nothing greasy, no sweets, the works!Then I get on the scale and I'm still at the same weight I was a week ago. Frustrating? YES! After going through several months of this and trying everything under the sun that doesn't make the scale go down, I went into "punish" mode. Which, reconsyruction by the way, I'm still trying to recover from. How does one reconsyruction get lucky at losing a pound or two a month but can gain 8.5lbs in a month? That alone would make the healthiest person want to punish their body in a very similar way as you did.Keep pushing forward.
