But, it all turned out ok, so I'm posting it. If it's just a temporary daily thing related to water loss, that will show up at my next weigh-in. Had an excellent dinner, though - chicken breast and lettuce with a garlic ranch dressing. Just gotta be extra good when I do things like that, gotta make up for them. Good workout today. Spent time on the treadmill and continued my core strengthening workout, sticking with light weights and high reps. |

Once a week will be sufficient. It's also sweet because I continue to get in better cardiovascular shape, and the diet is going well. Most days are below 200 calories, with a few 1600-1700 days mixed in for good measure. |
